We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS
You can return a ready-to-ship item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made specifically for you. Please double-check all measurements and design details before confirming your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact@zardozi.pk] with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items, custom orders, and items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.
